Summer is nearly here, well it felt like the weather wanted us to remember what Summer feels like at least, and Sacred Space will be changing things up for the better!
Starting next week, June 17, Sacred Space will extend its hours Monday through Friday, so that you folks that work late can easily get an evening appointment this summer! Also this season, a New Beginning Tai Chi Class is forming. Class will be Saturdays from 10am to 11am starting Saturday, June 22. The class is nearly full, so if you are interested in this class or forming another beginners class, contact us as soon as you can. And lastly, Indian Valley Fitness Club will be changing its class hours this summer. Classes will begin at 8:00am (instead of 8:30am) starting June 18th. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cardio Yoga is still being offered on Tuesdays, we'll begin a new routine June 18 for summer, and Circuit Training is being offered on Thursdays. Continue to stay in shape this season with fun classes offered by Sacred Space. If you would like to see a class offered at a specific time, call us to let us know. If we can fill the classes, we will offer it for you! Join the fun filled festivities, this Saturday, June 15, 2013 from 8am until ??? in Taylorsville, celebrating the pioneer heritage of the men and women that founded the town. Debbie Allen of the Taylorsville Tavern spearheaded this celebration two years ago and has been building on it ever since. The Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce is co-sponsoring the event this year.
With these two dynamos organizing the fun you will find everything from an Ice Cream Social to Model A's. Arts and Crafts booths, a 50/50 raffle, and the 2nd annual Rib Cook Off. You will also find Sacred Space offering 5 minute Free Massages. Your first 5 minutes are free, if you would like more time, it is just $1.00 per minute after that! So bring your family, grab your gear, come early for the Biscuits & Gravy breakfast at the Taylorsville Fire Station on Nelson Street at 8am and plan to stay until dusk or later.
