Join us Mondays at 6pm at Sacred for a New Tai Chi Class for beginners. We have a few weeks under us, but are still within the first three moves of the Tai Chi form. You will be learning the first third (about 16 moves) of the Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi Chuan as handed down my master Chen Manching. (watch a video on YouTube)
