And….Be Well! Nancy ___________________________________________________________________________________ TOP HEALTH & WELLNESS TIPS FOR FALL! 1.TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!! - Fall is a time when kids go back to school, the air is moist and people are inside more often. What does this cause? Sickness - the common cold, the flu, coughs, etc. So how do you stay healthy among this breeding ground of sick people around you? Make & Take the Master Tonic! The MASTER TONIC (not to be confused with the MASTER CLEANSE), is a concentrated infusion of Ginger, Onion, Jalapeño, Turmeric (or Horseradish) and Garlic soaked in Apple Cider Vinegar for a minimum of 2 weeks. I started making this infusion last December, and I have not had a cold or flu or cough since. It also fights inflammation from eating inflammatory foods, and boosts your immune system. For instructions and the benefit of each ingredient click the button below! 2. RECOMMIT TO AN EXERCISE ROUTINE Fall is a great time to recommit to staying fit. Sacred Space offers Radiant Health Yoga ® three days a week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:30am. If that time does not fit into your schedule, consider practicing this Yoga for Self Care routine I designed for beginners. 3. SUPPORT NMTAW! GET A MASSAGE!! The last week of October is National Massage Therapy Awareness Week (NMTAW), and to increase your experience with Massage, I am offering a $10 discount for NEW CLIENTS the whole month of October as well as participating in a few fundraisers centered around Massage. Join me October 1, at The Touch of Chico for a fun day of Massage and Energy Work with your donation going to Radio Station KZFR.
