Many times I told myself I was going to start a diet, or stop eating certain foods, or even get up earlier to exercise...and instead of starting, I always made excuses not to.
Do you do that?
It's like, I am so frustrated with my current reality, but I am literally stuck in the inability to take action!
Did you know when I started my healthy eating lifestyle it literally took me 30 days to take action and get the help I needed?
For 30 days I made excuses. I picked up the phone to call for help, then hung up. I cyber stalked the program, how it worked, and what I had to do to begin!
I drove myself crazy, literally for 30 days, I drove myself crazy because I was so freaking afraid to take action and get help!
Are you feeling the same thing? Do you feel stuck in your current body reality, but are ashamed and afraid to ask for the help you need???
There is nothing to be afraid or ashamed of!!!
I am here, literally, to help you succeed! To help you navigate the habit changes you desire to make, to transform you into the whole happy person you want to be!!
It sucks being only marginally happy in life and with yourself.
So why not reach out and have it all?
Be the weight you want to Be, Be the person you want to Be, Be the light
that you already ARE!!!
It's time you got out of your own way, and let yourself SHINE!!!
If you are absolutely ready to SHINE, ready to get out of the struggle and wrongness of being where you are today and embrace yourself with love, and allowing that self love to move you toward the body freedom that is your birthright....then get on a call with me!
I have opened up my schedule to receive 5 appointments this week for people who are ready to take action and put down the fear!
"The only thing you have to fear is fear itself!" Right?
So taking action towards the person that you know lives inside the protection you have surrounded yourself in for years is your next step!
And not a scary one, because guess what????
I'm on your side!!!
And not only that.....I'm YOU!!! I'm just like you!!! I know how hard it is to show up for your ideal self and step into the unknown future of who you desire to become!

Have you ever pulled a muscle and thought, “What have I done?” Instead of getting help immediately, you ignored the discomfort and went about your daily business until the day everything in your body stopped you cold with stabbing pain?
What about that time you were going through a move, a divorce, or a death, and you thought, “Oh I can get through this on my own,” but everyday seemed like you were walking through a thick cloud of fog?
Or the countless years you have spent setting the same intention to be healthy, lose weight, increase your income, find a partner, but you are no closer to attaining that goal?
You ask yourself, “What is going on? Why am I in pain, why can’t I pull myself together, why can’t I achieve my goals?”
One reason we stay stuck in our problems is because we don’t ask for help. For many, the concept of going outside of ourselves for help is unheard of. You think, “I ought to be able to take care of myself and figure this out on my own.” But if you are asking yourself, “What is going on?”, you have probably been putting off asking for help.
When is the best time to ask for help?
In the moment you need it. Not a week later, not a month later, not a year later. Get the help you need in the moment that you need it, and you will be amazed at the healing results you get.
By putting off treatment to a muscle injury for weeks on end, you begin to train your body to accommodate to that injury. You start guarding the injured area and stop using the sore muscle. Those reactions put strain on your other muscles, which put strain on your posture, which puts strain on your joints, and so on. When you finally ask for help weeks later, your nervous system has repatterned to accommodate to that injury, so the healing of the injury takes longer than if you had asked for help immediately after you got hurt.
Suffering in the pain of depression, grief, and isolation, causes similar results. The more you stay in the dis-ease of the situation, the harder it is to get out. Your self esteem starts to decline because you don’t feel in your personal powerful, the sadness starts to affect the way you carry yourself, so your posture and muscles tire more easily, and once you’ve started to cut yourself off from people, it is twice as hard to re-engage with people because you have lost the awareness of being around people.
Staying in the stuckness of not achieving your goals, starts a cycle of frustration and apathy. If you knew how to get what you wanted you would have it already.
So when are you going to ask for help?
Now is a great answer! It is never too late to ask for help! I have been helping people overcome their pain, rebalance their emotions and achieve their goals for years. It is the magic of being a Holistic Health Practitioner that helps people get their Body, Minds and Spirit involved in their healing and goal achieving process. Whether it is a physical, emotional or spiritual disorder you need help with, getting help is available to you. Receiving help from a Holistic Health Practitioner, like me, gives you the extra advantage of working with a practitioner that understands how the body works, how the mind inhibits the body from healing and how the spirit limits the mind in believing it can heal. Working on only one aspect of your whole being will only heal one part at a time. Aligning your 3 centers (body, mind, spirit) will bring you into balance much faster. Your body will heal faster, you will feel better, and your spirit will soar!
I have 4 openings for massage therapy and 4 openings for Soul Energy Healing this week! Call or text (530) 616-0032 or schedule online at: https://sacredspacescheduling.as.me/

Your Sacred Space is where you can find yourself over & over again. - Joseph Campbell _Resources_______________
“As you imagine and visualize and verbalize your new story, in time you will believe the new story, and when that happens, the evidence will flow swiftly into your experience. A belief is only a thought you continue to think; and when your beliefs match your desires, then your desires must become your reality.
There is no physical body, no matter what the conditions, that cannot achieve an improved condition. Nothing else in your experience responds as quickly as your own physical body to your patterns of thought.” - Abraham Hicks
When I was in Yoga Teacher training, one of the amazing techniques I was introduced to was called Psychoneuroimmunology. Whoo! That's a big word! Psychoneuroimmunology. Can you even pronounce it??
Well if any of you were spelling bee champions, you know how to break this word down into its parts - Psycho: the science and study of psychology (no, not a crazy person). Neuro: the science and study of Neurology (all about the brain). and Immunology: the science and study of the Immune System (yep, there's even a science of the immune system).
What does this have to do with the quote above???
Well, psychoneuroimmunology is all about the quote above! It is the science and study of using the imagination and visualizing and verbalizing (yes, talking to yourself and others out loud) about a new story, a new way of being, a new you. And this Emotion-Brain-Body science helps all people change their current health condition to their ideal health condition. Just by imagining, seeing, feeling, and saying that it is different!
This is a science folks! A measurable science with experiments, research and everything. There is even a whole center associated with UCLA Medical Center that studies this stuff, the connection of your emotions, thoughts and body.
Using PNI (short for psychoneuroimmunology) is one of the techniques I guide my clients in to achieve their health and wellness goals. Whether it is losing weight, healing from cancer, or changing another condition. If you cannot feel, see, and believe you can change you never will!
Helping you feel, see and believe you can change is one of my specialities.
If you are ready to change your thoughts about your health, comment "I'm ready!" below!
A lifetime ago, ok, really about 20 years ago...but that's really like another life ago for me....I was working for a Retail Fundraising Company. I remember my boss saying to me how impressed she was that I was always so Positive. I had to think about that a little because I don't think I was "naturally" positive. I came from a divorced family, I had my struggles in school socially and with body image, and I don't think even then, I really was 100%, totally in Love with myself, ME - you know?
But ONE thing I did know....I had choice! I could CHOOSE to LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, OR....I could choose to see the WORST IN ALL THINGS!
WHAT DO YOU CHOOSE TODAY? WHAT IS ONE THING GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE TODAY THAT YOU REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, DON'T THINK WILL HAVE A POSITIVE OUTCOME?
Take a moment to think about that situation or relationship, or whatever it is. NOW BREATHE AS YOU THINK ABOUT IT. COME ON! TAKE A FEW SLOW DEEP BREATHES IN AND OUT! GOOD!
NOW ----- What outcome to the relationship or situation, or whatever it is - would BRING YOU THE MOST JOY? MAKE YOU LAUGH & SMILE & GIGGLE AND FEEL TINGLY INSIDE WITH GIDDINESS! GO ON! THINK ABOUT THAT OUTCOME! THINK ABOUT IT SOME MORE. LAUGH OUT LOUD!!!! BREATHE!!! REALLY BREATHE!! AND GET INTO THE TINGLY FEELING SOME MORE!
NOW ---- HOW DO YOU FEEL?
WHAT WILL YOU CHOOSE TODAY WHEN THAT NEGATIVE THOUGHT ABOUT THIS SITUATION OR RELATIONSHIP OR WHATEVER CREEPS INTO YOUR MIND?
WILL YOU FROWN AND GET HEAVY ABOUT IT? OR --- WILL YOU CHOOSE TO GET GIDDY & LIGHT? YOUR CHOICE!
I HOPE YOU CHOOSE GIDDY & LIGHT!
TRY IT & TELL ME HOW YOU FEEL TODAY ------ COMMENT BELOW! --------

Coming to Ground means being at ease and secure in your body and how it feels and moves. In my 20 years as a holistic practitioner, the spine has been an important structure in my studies. Even when I was a teenager, I met a young man on my way to camp that told me, "The Spine is the Main Line." Think about it, isn't it? Without our spine bones, and the dynamic way they move: Flexion, Extension,Side Flexion and Rotation, we would hardly be mobile at all. The spine also houses our internal body communication center, our nervous system. When the spine is damaged, very often our nervous system is damaged. We need to Learn how our spine supports us, how to align it more efficiently, and how to move with it for less pain. Kate is going to teach us all that!!
To Register for this workshop, Contact me at (530)616-0032. Payments by check made out to Kate Jones can be mailed to Sacred Space POB 881 Greenville, CA
Please note, the Location is TBA - it will be in the Lake Almanor/Chester area. (The address on the flyer is incorrect).
The workshop will be from 10am - 5pm, but please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.
Sunday, October 1, Kate is doing private sessions in Chester. You can contact her directly to schedule your appointment: (415) 613-6507
Self-Discipline Habits that Can Help You End Bad Relationships

When others see you in a bad relationship, they wonder why you accept being treated badly, why your self-respect seems to be low, and why you aren’t doing anything to change your lot. But as the person in the bad relationship, you know that handling this situation is not quite as simple as it seems. Sometimes, you confuse overly-possessive and attached behavior with love, yet at other times, you can see exactly what is wrong. However, you can’t seem to find a way to put an end to it. According to a survey conducted in the United Kingdom, 60 percent of people continue to stay in bad relationships. Why? It all boils down to three factors: a lack of self-love, a dearth of self-discipline, and low self-esteem.
Self-discipline leads to a greater understanding of yourself – you get to define your value system, and understand what you will and will not accept from your significant other. Here are a few self-discipline habits to help you deal with bad relationships in a healthy way.
Meditate to understand yourself better
Scientific evidence shows that meditation improves memory and instills a positive sense of self. Whether you meditate for 10 minutes or half an hour daily, you become privy to a more focused thought process that comes from deeper attunement between your body, mind, and soul. When your sense of self grows stronger, you become better at dealing with negative influences in your life without letting the behavior of others dictate your self-worth.
Start a gratefulness diary
Your thoughts form your habits. The secret is to train your mind to think positive and uplifting thoughts instead of focusing on what you think you lack. By disciplining your mind, you can become the master of your thoughts. One good way to train your mind to focus on the positive aspects of your life is to start writing a gratefulness diary. Instead of complaining, write down one thing that makes you feel grateful by spelling out the positive aspects of your life and yourself. If you are grateful for the things you have in your life, you will think twice about compromising your worth in a relationship.
Don’t binge eat to distract
There is a reason why people eat more when they are stressed or sad – food becomes a way to distract yourself from the problems you are facing in the present. According to a survey conducted by The Harris Poll, 67 percent of Americans agreed that they turn to comfort food when they are upset. With improved self-discipline, you will be able to stop using food as a crutch or distraction. Make it a habit of eating healthily to improve your physical and mental health every single day. A happy body and clear thought process will help you focus on problem-solving so you can work on reaching the root cause of your sadness and dissatisfaction in your relationship.
Whether or not you forget, learn to forgive and let go
Often, we find ourselves holding onto a bad relationship and enabling our partner’s bad behavior because we think it is the way to prove our loyalty. The truth is that you damage your psyche more by holding onto a relationship that is hurting you. At such times, it is important to learn the art of letting go. Forgive yourself for making a mistake, and forgive your partner for being a flawed human being who is unable to love you the way you want them to. Forgiveness doesn’t mean turning a blind eye to bad behavior. It simply means that you know you deserve better. Letting go of a relationship is easier said than done – you may miss them, still crave their attention, and be curious about how they are faring without you. With better self-discipline, letting go becomes easier, because your mind knows that while the process may be hard, it has to be done.
Developing self-discipline is difficult at first, but it gets easier with time. Along with helping you live a better life, self-discipline can also help you evaluate your relationships and honestly make choices for your betterment.
