Energy Clearing and Essential Oils

I had the good fortune to be invited to a free 6 week advanced Essential Oils training the tail end of last year. I learned some amazing things about being an essential oils network marketing business builder as well as some fantastic insights on building self confidence, trying new things, being fearless, and listening to your gut intuitions. All of this information was valuable to me personally and as a new doTERRA business builder. But what was the most valuable to me, as an Energy Healer, was the lesson given by Desiree Mangandog, about using the essential oils to help clear energy blocks and stagnation.

Desiree taught me that I can use essential oils to help strengthen my energy body, protect it, and help me attract others to me. The very first Energy protocol she introduced me to was one used to Guard my personal space, and manage personal boundaries. She calls this protocol Releasing Energy Hooks. If you are not familiar with energy hooks, hooks are those things you can't see, but can feel. Like feeling some kind of negative thought when you enter a room as if everyone is talking about you. Or when you feel as if you just can't say No to someone because they are expert manipulators. Or you just feel off, like you are having a bad day, and there is no explanation for it. We receive energy hooks from people from their thoughts about us. And we can give energy hooks to others from our thoughts about them. When someone is thinking negative thoughts about us, we can feel it in our energy field, and vice versa. A negative thought can be in the form of a judgement, anger, jealousy or criticism. Most people are not sensitive to these subtle feelings, but there are many of us now walking on the planet that are. We are usually called empaths, because we feel the emotions of those around us. Now don't be concerned that we only feel negative thoughts from others, we also respond energetically to other's positive thoughts about us. Feeling a sense of peace, joy or love when we think about another person will send them peace, joy and love. And they may spontaneously feel that emotion themselves from you sending them a good thought.



But for this lesson, I will be sharing with you Desiree's protocol to Release Energy Hooks. Releasing Hooks is essential for staying clear with yourself and maintaining your clear boundaries. When others latch on to us energetically, we can find ourselves feeling tired, negative, and even ill. We can hold ourselves back from being our authentic selves because someone else is influencing us energetically.

My own experience using the following protocol amazed me. I was having some difficulty with a person that occasionally pops into my life to test my boundaries. This person had just popped back into my life a few days before this call, and I was working up the courage to write this person an email to speak my truth about how I feel about them doing so. I wanted to make clear to them, that although I respect them as a person, I do not regard them as friend. In my experience they are friendly when they want something from me, and unfriendly if I do not respond to them or respond to them in the way that they want. So I was very excited to try this protocol with my intent to be clear and honest with this person. After learning this protocol from Desiree, I felt a complete sense of calm and peace. I fairly easily expressed my feelings and needs to this person in an email, and sent it with hope. The response I received back from this person amazed me! They of course had a few things negative to say, but in general respected my feelings, and accommodated my request. I jumped for joy with gratitude for this was a very different experience I had ever had with this person. Since applying this protocol, I do really feel more at peace and less bothered by other people's agendas. And most of all, I have noticed that I am setting better personal boundaries, and speaking up for my needs in all my relationships.

So to Release these Hooks, follow this Protocol:

Step 1. Apply 1 drop of Melaleuca to the following areas of your body - Throat, Back of Neck, and Heart.
Step 2. Apply 1 drop of Lemongrass to your Solarplexus (the area between your rib cage)
Step 3. Apply 1 drop Oregano to the top of your head

Next you want to fill in any Cracks in your Energy Field that these Hooks may have caused. When we allow other people to get a Hook into us, sometimes it is done with such energetic force, that it damages our personal Energy Field. This next protocol will heal those cracks and make sure your personal boundaries are completely intact.

Step 1. Apply 1 drop of Frankincense to your 3rd Eye (the area between your eyebrows, just above the bridge of your nose)

If you have Helichrysum Oil, use this instead, it is a more powerful oil for this healing.

Follow with this protocol for Protection from New Hooks and to Strengthen your Energy Boundaries.

Step 1. Apply 1 drop Petitgrain to your solar plexus.
Step 2. Continue this protocol every morning for 2 weeks.
This will give you 24 hours a day of protection. After the 2 weeks use on the solar plexus as needed.

Petitgrain builds healthy boundaries, blocks toxicity from others, blocks judgemental thoughts from others, and encourages deep relationships.

If you do not have Petitgrain, use one of the following combinations on the solar plexus for 3 weeks: Melaleuca + Clove or Melaleuca + OnGuard.

Important information to know:
1. It takes 2 weeks with Petitgrain or 3 weeks with the Melaleuca Combination to build your personal boundary protection up to a radius of 100ft. What that means is that you will repel anyone from coming within your field that is an energy sucker or negative thinker.
2. If you miss a day, you leave yourself open to taking on an energy hook again. Remember the Petitgrain only works for 24 hours. So if you miss a day, do the Releasing Hooks and Cracks in Energy protocols again, and finish with the Protection protocol and start your two weeks (or three) over again.

If you sense that someone is thinking negative about you, just bounce that thought back to them. Judgements and criticism are not about you, they are about the sender. Most people that are negative and send out negative thoughts do so unconsciously from a place of pain. When we can recognize this, we can help those people by bouncing their energy back to them, or better yet, transmuting it into something pretty and bubbly like pink champagne. Start recreating how you feel when around negative thinkers by changing your thoughts about them to something positive. And in time, they will come around the light!
