Power Yoga: Based on the fundamentals of Radiant Health Yoga, Power Yoga, is a high intensity yoga class incorporating traditional RHY warmups with 20 to 25 minutes of Power Yoga movement sequences, followed by core strengthening, cool down stretches and Savasana (relaxation).
Yoga for Aches and Stiffness: This 90 minute class is perfect for the person that has never done yoga before. It introduces your body to the core concepts of yoga practice; the breath, the body and the brain. Each movement is designed to reduce pain and increase flexibility. It is designed for you to go at your own pace and discover the nuances of your body and learn to accept and observe yourself where you are at.
Laughter Yoga: Not your usual class! Laughter Yoga is based on the teachings of Dr. Madan Kataria and uses the power of Yogic Breathing, Improvisation, and Laughter to improve overall health, increase blood circulation, improve oxygen intake and lighten our heavy loads.
