Radiant Health Yoga
Radiant Health Yoga is a holistic health practice that blends the ancient teachings of Hatha yoga with contemporary body/mind science. It emphasizes the therapeutic and neuro-developmental (brain functioning) benefits of yoga practice to cultivate overall wellness for people of all ages and abilities. Injury prevention is a core value as well as following sound alignment and kinesiological principles that honor bio-kinetic individuality. Meaning, we all have an unique anatomy. RHY(r) honors our uniqueness. This versatile approach adapts yoga to meet the needs of individuals and groups with a wide range of health conditions and holistic health goals. A blend of physical postures, meditative poses, visualizations & relaxation techniques incorporate each session.

Kids Yoga: using the foundation of Radiant Health Yoga. Children are introduced to Educational Kinesiology to help wake up the neurological pathways to help better develop the brain. Meditation, Breathing, Poses & Play are a part of each Kid’s Yoga session.
Power Yoga: Based on the fundamentals of Radiant Health Yoga, Power Yoga is a high intensity yoga class incorporating traditional RHY warmups with 20 to 25 minutes of Power Yoga movement sequences, followed by core strengthening, cool down stretches and Savasana (relaxation).
Yoga for Aches and Stiffness:This 90 minute class is perfect for the person that has never done yoga before. It introduces your body to the core concepts of yoga practice; the breath, the body and the brain. Each movement is designed to reduce pain and increase flexibility. It is designed for you to go at your own pace and discover the nuances of your body and learn to accept and observe yourself where you are at.
Laughter Yoga: Not your usually yoga class! Laughter Yoga is based on the teachings of Dr. Madan Kataria and use the power of Yogic Breathing, Improvisation, and Laughter to improve overall health, increase blood circulation, improve oxygen intake and lighten our heavy loads.
