Radiant Health Yoga(r) is a holistic health practice that blends the ancient teachings of Hatha Yoga with contemporary body/mind science. A blend of physical postures, meditation poses, visualizations, and relaxation techniques incorporates each session.

This Tai Chi program, designed by Dr. Paul Lam, is based on the Sun Style of Tai Chi. It is slow and gentle enough for all people, all ages, and all physical capabilities. Standing or Sitting is optional for this class.
Senior Transportation may be available for these classes with 1 to 2 weeks advance notice. Call Rhonda at the Greenville Wellness Center at (530) 283-6307 x 1003 to arrange transportation.
