I will be hosting this world wide event, where Tai Chi & Qi Gong practitioners meet at 10am their local time to practice Tai Chi. We will be meeting at Dame Shirley Park in Quincy at 9:45am. Bring your family and friends! No Tai Chi experience necessary. In fact, even our First Lady can do Tai Chi. More information will come as the date approaches!

Tai Chi is an exercise that is proven to increase mental concentration, decrease blood pressure, improve balance, enhance memory, and reduce stress.
12:10pm Beginning Yoga is 45 minutes of yoga for beginners ready to explore how yoga increases strength, core, balance & flexibility. Reconnect to your innate energy, and relax before going back to work.
