Come join my NEW Classes in March at QYWC! Tuesdays w/ Nancy E. Presser 11am Tai Chi for Wellness an introduction to the healing benefits of Tai Chi through meditation, joint moving warm-ups, the 5 Moving Principles of Tai Chi, the 8 Ways Exercises of Master Chen Man Ch’ing, and finishing with Qi Gong. Tai Chi is an exercise that is proven to increase mental concentration, decrease blood pressure, improve balance, enhance memory, and reduce stress. 12:10pm Beginning Yoga is 45 minutes of yoga for beginners ready to explore how yoga increases strength, core, balance & flexibility.
